Advanced Care Planning Event

In celebration of Advanced Care Planning Month, Community Hospice, in partnership with Prospect Theater Project will present two plays on death and dying with commentary on end-of-life issues; Time to Go by CE McClelland and Journey Into That Good Night by Berry L. Barta.

The event is scheduled at Prospect Theater, 1214 K St., Modesto on Saturday, April 6. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; movie starts at 7 p.m.

The goal of this free event is to create awareness and discussion on end-of-life issues and the importance of Advanced Care Planning. The performances will be followed by an interactive discussion facilitated by Community Hospice. Refreshments will be available.
