The Modesto Nuts, Class A Advanced affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, and Huff Construction Company, Inc. present Kids Run the Stadium at John Thurman Field on Friday, May 26. Kids ages 6-14 will have the opportunity to run John Thurman Field by shadowing and assisting game day employees at different occupational areas throughout the stadium.

The future leaders can choose from several departments to assist in including customer service, on-field promotions, PA and even GM for the night.

“We’re excited to partner with Huff Construction and bring this opportunity for kids to run the stadium at John Thurman Field,” said Mike Gorrasi, Executive Vice President of the Modesto Nuts. “We want to expose area youth to the wonderful world of minor league baseball and show them there are career opportunities outside of being an athlete.”
