Lady Cougar golfers Madison Kindberg and Angelica Fernandez closed out their season in the Divisionals on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Both had a tough day on the course at Micke Grove, falling far short of scores needed to qualify for advancement to the Masters Meet.

“Madison shot a 108 and Angelica shot a 121,” said coach Kristie Cathcart. “Low score for the day was 80. Neither girl was happy with their score.”

Though both were pleased to make it to Divisionals, their final rounds were a tough way to end the campaign.

“They both know what they need to work on for next year and are looking forward to putting in the work and time to get better,” Cathcart said.
