Three players from The First Tee of San Joaquin have been invited to participate in the 2018 PURE Insurance Championship. Skylar May, William Bensch and Christopher Khan, all from Stockton, will be playing in the tournament, scheduled for Sept. 28 through 30 at Pebble Beach Golf Links and Poppy Hills Golf Course. The tournament will benefit The First Tee organization.

The PURE Insurance Championship brings together PGA Tour Champions, First Tee Juniors and select amateurs for a weekend on two of the most prestigious courses in the nation. It is an official PGA Tour Champions event where 81 First Tee players compete for the pro-junior title.
