Palmer Little

Palmer Little, 82, of Escalon passed away at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto on Saturday, January 23.

He was born on July 6, 1927 in Massachusetts.

Mr. Little was a veteran of the Navy, serving from 1944 to 1982. He was a member of the American Legion and the Masons in Escalon, and had been a resident of Escalon for 11 years. He was a friend to everyone and was much loved by his family.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Betty Little; his children, Christopher (Jenni) Little of Escalon and Heather (Ken) Wise of Ventura; his grandchildren, Kaitlin (Troy Bents) Gilchrist of Modesto, Matt (Katy) Little of Campbell, Josh Wise of Ventura, Sammy Little of Escalon and Benny Wise of Ventura; and his siblings, Betty Graham of Solvang CA, Marie Robison of Newport RI, and Robert Little of Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Elizabeth Little.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. at Deegan Funeral Chapel in Escalon with burial following at Burwood Cemetery.
