Lumarie Ross Stanley, 72, of Oakdale died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004 at Oak Valley Care Center.
A native of San Jose, she lived in Oakdale for 28 years. She was a graduate of UC Berkeley Class of 1954. She was also a homemaker. Stanley was a member of Alpha Z Delta Sorority at Berkeley, American Association of University Women and Daughters of the American Revolution - Oakdale Chapter. She enjoyed quilting, painting and traveling in her RV with her husband.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Stanley of Oakdale; children, Kenneth Stanley of Nashville, Tenn., Jim Stanley and Jill Hayes, both of Oakdale; and five grandchildren.
Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 15 at 2 p.m. at Community Christian Reformed Church, Oakdale.
