Luann Marie Barton, 44, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 5 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on Jan 6, 1965, in Rochester, New York. She moved to Escalon in 1991. Luann was employed at D'boni's Pizza and became Escalon's favorite delivery driver. She enjoyed her Avon business and was an active volunteer in the Escalon Covenant Church AWANA program where she was loved by the children she reached out to.

Survivors include 2 sons; Vinnie Barton and Paul White Jr., both of Escalon; her mother, Edna Barton of Rochester, New York; and two sisters and their spouses, Marina and Chuck Ernste and Judy and Stephen Hockenberger, all of New York.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. at the Escalon Covenant Church, 1155 Escalon Ave.
