Ira "Tom" Williams, 67, of Oakdale died Wednesday, March 31.
A native of Gladewater, Texas, he lived in the Oakdale area for 31 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a self-employed dog trainer for 31 years. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Barbara Williams of Oakdale; children, Rex and Brenda Williams of Modesto, Renee and Kevin Olson of Escalon and Ronna and Doug Graf of Citrus Heights; sisters, Lois Battrick of Nevada, Sigalee Petty of Visalia and Leta Alberts of Colorado; brother, Bob Williams of Oklahoma; and seven grandchildren.
Services were held on Monday, April 5 at Burwood Cemetery, Escalon. There was no visitation.
