Frederick Walker K

Frederick (Fritz) Warren Walker, born in Tobias, Nebraska on June 21, 1921. Passed away in Oakdale, California on April 28, 2016.
He gave us life, love, laughter and lasting wisdom. He touched the lives of many. He served and loved our Lord Jesus, loved and cared for his wonderful lifelong love, his wife Deloris (married 67 years) and five children, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
He was born a farmer. He had his own truck and tractor business for more than 37 years. He loved to travel, play cards and spend time with friends and family. He volunteered at the YMCA for many years, volunteered with Hospital Auxiliary for over 24 years and helped build the Presbyterian church in Fallbrook, CA. He loved woodcarving and eating donuts with his friends every morning in Oakdale. He loved and served his country. He still put out the good old American flag every morning. He will be greatly missed by all of us. We are all who we are because of our Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, and dear friend.
Please join our family for a Celebration of Life on May 7 at 2 p.m. at Sierra Foothills Church (Pastor Henry Raven), 1040 West F Street, Oakdale, CA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army, Cancer Society, Heart Association, Multiple Sclerosis, or Veterans Association.
