Effie Mae Law Carlson, 90, passed away in Hughson on November 2, 2008.
Born in Wade, Oklahoma on May 12, 1918, she is survived by three children, Fay Oliver of Modesto, Kathy Tillery of Waterford, and Philip Law of Waterford; 20 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and 22 great-great grandchildren.
She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church and was preceded in death by three children.
Visitation was at Deegan Funeral Chapel on Sunday, Nov. 9 with funeral services on Monday, Nov. 10 at the chapel. Burial followed at Burwood Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Alexander Cohen Hospice House or to the Millers Place.
Arrangements were under the direction of Deegan Funeral Chapel, Escalon.
