Dortha Madge Williams, 94, passed away in Escalon on Thursday, April 16.
A native of Tunnelton, West Virginia, she had lived in California for 15 years and the previous 48 years in Arizona.
She is survived by her son and his wife, Ralph and Kathy Williams of Escalon; four grandchildren, Lynnet Castaldi of Campbell, CA, Julie Sullivan of Manteca, CA, Mike Williams of Oklahoma City, OK, Patrica Dale of Norman, OK; and five great-grandchildren, Devin, Deanna, Vincent, Victoria and Madison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Richard Williams, her son Richard Paul Williams, two sisters Leta Sigley, Imogene Wolf and brother Leon Murphy.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21 at the Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy, followed by burial at the Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy, California.
