Donald Atkinson, 64, of Escalon passed away at Oak Valley Hospital in Oakdale on Sunday, Jan. 10.
He was born in Modesto on April 3, 1945. He graduated from Modesto High School and was in the Army Reserve. He worked for 32 years at the Libby Owens Glass Plant in Manteca.
Survivors include his wife Debbie, of Escalon; mother Reva of Salida; sister Saundra (Larry) Wing of Ripon, two sons, Kevin (Olga) Atkinson of Madera and Matt (Jessica) Atkinson of Hughson; step son, Josh Morgan of Sonora; five grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Albert Atkinson.
Private graveside services.
