Diana grew up in Mexico attending University and earning her Master’s in Linguistics. There she met a visiting American professor, fell in love, and moved to Escalon. Diana was known for her delicious cooking and her garden. She loved to cook, and she taught many people how to cook her favorite dishes, always commenting that the best ingredient is love.
