Darrell passed away in Anchorage, Alaska on Sept. 14, 2021 at the age of 68. Darrell was born to Doyle W. Ellis and D Patricia Ellis on Dec. 29, 1953. He grew up and attended Escalon High School where he played football and was on the swim team. He graduated in 1972.
He loved to fish, hike, and golf and playing his guitar.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sister, Debbie Murken (Walt) and his nieces and nephews; Vonda Best, Trevor Jones, Alexandra Murken, Cassie Murken and Austin Murken.
Graveside services will be held October 30, 2021 at 9 a.m. at Parkview Cemetery.
