Escalon Public Works crew members were busy on Monday morning addressing a water line leak along Elizabeth, adjacent to the former Big Boy Market. Crews had to isolate the problem and then work on repairs to get the line back in operation. Deemed 'essential workers' the Public Works crews have remained on the job steadily throughout the pandemic, working on a variety of city related projects and issues, from streets to water lines, park maintenance and more.
