Escalon Public Works crew member Jorge Garnica applies the reflective crystals to the newly repainted ‘stop’ sign on the street at the intersection of Mitchell and Yosemite recently. Crews have been brightening up the street signs throughout the community, with a fresh coat of paint and then the added sparkles to draw motorists’ attention.
