Lib read pix.jpeg

Youngsters visiting the Escalon Library on Friday, Dec. 14 were able to practice their reading skills by reading aloud to a turkey, brought in by the Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary. Every second Friday of the month, an animal or two visits the library so the kids can not only learn about the animal but also read to them through the Reading to the Rescue program.
