Senior lunches are provided by the Stockton Community Kitchen at Bella Vista and served at the Escalon Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Eight ounces of one percent low fat milk are served with every meal. Senior exercise begins at 10 a.m.; senior meals are served at 11 a.m.

There is a $3 suggested contribution per meal but no one will be denied services for the inability to contribute. Meals can be taken ‘to go’ or you can dine in.

The Escalon Senior Lunch program will be closed from Monday, Dec. 20 through Friday, Dec. 31, 2021.

Last lunch will be served on Thursday, Dec. 16 and the meal site will be reopening on Tuesday, Jan. 4.

THURSDAY, DEC. 9

American meatloaf, mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, peas and carrots, spinach salad with cucumbers, pineapple, whole grain roll.

TUESDAY, DEC. 14

Grilled chicken fajitas, grilled peppers and onions, red roasted potatoes, mandarins, whole wheat tortilla.

THURSDAY, DEC. 16

Pork stew, brown rice, roasted cauliflower, roasted zucchini, peaches, whole grain roll.
