The Escalon Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Casey Moving - Storage - Shredding has scheduled a ‘shredding event’ on Saturday, Oct. 23.

Hosted at the Main Street Park and Ride, local residents can bring items to be shredded between 10 a.m. and noon. A fair donation is requested for the document shredding service.

Also, as part of the event, members of the Escalon Cub Scout Pack 263 will be on site and residents – whether they bring items to shred or not – are also encouraged to bring plastic bottles and cans for the scouts to recycle as a fundraising project.
