San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) will provide free rides to any of the cooling centers in San Joaquin County while temperatures are forecasted to be 100 degrees or higher and cooling centers are open. Complimentary trips are only available on Express, Local, Hopper, Van Go!, and ADA paratransit services.
To receive a complimentary trip, passengers should inform their bus driver that they are traveling to a cooling center upon boarding the bus.
