More Field Day Success For Escalon FFA

Continuing with competitions on Saturday, March 19, 2022, the Escalon FFA program took four CDE teams to the Modesto Junior College Field Day and one team to Merced College. The teams that competed at the events during that weekend were Livestock Judging, Ag Pest, Poultry Judging, Farm Power and Welding.

Ag Pest placed second as a team, and Madison Hagglund placed first high individual. Poultry placed sixth overall as a team. Victor Romero placed first in Trouble Shooting for Farm Power and Natalie Giuntoli placed second in Beef for Livestock Judging.

The welding team was sixth high team at the Merced College Field Day.

FFA members offered a ‘Thank You’ to MJC and Merced for hosting the field days and congratulations to the teams and their progress this season.
