As a special treat, a taco lunch was provided to the Escalon junior varsity football team, donated to the squad in recognition of their 10-0 record and Trans-Valley League championship season. Renee Snow of Tacos de Nieve brought her traveling taco shop to the school to serve up the hungry students.
