Susan B. Anthony Women Of Achievement Awards

Eleven San Joaquin County women will be honored on Monday, Feb. 15, with the Susan B. Anthony Women of Achievement Award from the San Joaquin County Commission on the Status of Women. It is the commission’s 41st such presentation.

The honorees are recognized in fields from education to community service. The annual gala awards dinner begins 5:30 p.m. at the Stockton Golf and Country Club.

The award is given to women who have excelled in their fields and raised the status of humankind in the San Joaquin County area.

Those to be honored are Dr. Mary Ann Cox-Martin, nominated by Lodi AAUW (American Association of University Women); Pheon Rivers Davison, Stockton Chapter, Links, Inc.; Allison Cherry Lafferty, Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson; Kimberly Miller, Women’s Center of San Joaquin County; Dorothy Nishioka, Tau Chapter, Delta Kappa Gamma; Bette Outlaw, Stockton AAUW; Irene Outlaw, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc. Sorority; Tracy Paglia, Moss Adams LLP; Heather Schlenger, Moss Adams LLP; Colette Scott, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; and from Modesto, Glynis Dove, Stockton Chapter Links, Inc.
