Construction on the campus of Escalon High School may have forced clubs and organizations to squeeze in to limited space on the quad, but it didn’t put a damper on the enthusiasm of students. Hosted during lunch on Friday, Sept. 8, the Club Rush gave all the on-campus groups the chance to showcase their organization, look for prospective new members and raise some money with sales of various items. “One day a year we can bring in food and we were going to do this on the softball field but there was no access to power because of the construction,” said Student Activities Director and ASB Advisor Michelle Canfield.
