The Nuts For Life team, part of the Relay For Life of Escalon, is hosting its annual fundraising tri tip dinner this weekend.

Set for Saturday, March 4, the event will be hosted at Saron Lutheran Church, 1742 North St., Escalon. This is a ‘drive thru’ dinner – those attending will present their ticket as they drive into the parking lot at the church and the complete meal for four will be delivered to their vehicle by Nuts for Life team members.

Tickets are available by calling 838-2892 or 838-1838. Cost per ticket is $40 and the meal includes a whole BBQ tri-tip, four baked potatoes, a bag of salad, a loaf of French bread and a two-liter bottle of soda.

Hours for the drive thru dinner are from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.; all proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life, through the Nuts For Life team.
