Business was brisk on Sunday morning in Escalon, as the Escalon Sunrise Rotary Club hosted its annual Super Bowl Breakfast.

The made-to-order omelets, biscuits and gravy, fruit, pastries and beverages were more than enough to fill up the dozens of diners who turned out to support the event.

Members of the Escalon High School Interact Club, the youth arm of Rotary, were also on hand to help out, selling raffle tickets for a variety of prizes that were awarded near the end of the breakfast. Serving was from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Rotary officials said diners were lined up out the door of the Escalon High School cafeteria when the doors opened at 7:30 a.m.
