1:09 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 2500 block Jackson; appears secure.

8:17 a.m. – Stolen vehicle reported from the 1500 block of Brayton, taken overnight.

 

SUNDAY, SEPT. 11

12:06 a.m. – Security check in the 1200 block of Plaza; no problems noted.

1:13 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of California; checks OK.

1:50 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; no problems noted.

1:56 a.m. – Doorbell ditchers reported in the 1500 block of Sophie.

2:34 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, 1600 block St. Clair.

3:35 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1200 block Yosemite; checks OK.

5:15 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, 2200 block Main, possible prowler; unable to locate.

7:50 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1200 block of Stanislaus; no problems noted.

8:43 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1300 block of Walnut; assisted.

7:14 p.m. – Complaint of speeding vehicle in the area, in front of Escalon High School on Yosemite; unable to locate.

7:39 p.m. – Security check, 1100 block First.

9:10 p.m. – Security check of business, 2500 block Jackson; secure.

 

SATURDAY, SEPT. 10

1:15 a.m. – Check of complex, 1200 block Plaza; secure.

1:20 a.m. – Suspicion person reported in the 1500 block of Yosemite; checks OK.

2:04 .am. – Check of animal shelter and police shooting range on River Road; secure.

8:32 a.m. – Welfare check in the 2100 block of Jackson.

9:06 a.m. – Public Works call out for possible water leak in the 1100 block of Yosemite.

1:23 p.m. – Assist outside agency on possible suicide reported at McHenry Recreation Area, McHenry and River.

3:39 p.m. – Complaint of youths with dirt bikes and go carts in the street, 1600 block Pioneer.

6:16 p.m. – Extra patrol on Farinelli.

10:13 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Judith Way.

11:07 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, eastbound Highway 120 near Yosemite Avenue; Oakdale Police also notified.

11:52 p.m. – Security check at Escalon Community Center; no problems noted.

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 9

5:13 a.m. – Check of business complex in the 1200 block of Plaza; no problems noted.

8:44 a.m. – Meet a citizen request, assisted.

1:55 p.m. – Public assist at police station.

2:08 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, assisting citizen at police station.

4:26 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1900 block of McHenry; misdial only.

7:36 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1500 block of Yosemite; will be on the lookout, no problems noted.

8:28 p.m. – Petty theft complaint in the 20000 block of McHenry.

9:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible physical fight in the 1500 block of Yosemite; checks secure.

9:58 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the 1400 block of California; report taken.

10:14 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, westbound toward Highway 120 in the area of McHenry and First; will be on the lookout and CHP notified as well.

 

THURSDAY, SEPT. 8

2:43 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 1600 block of James; checks OK.

5:15 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

5:28 a.m. – Business complex check, 1200 block Plaza; secure.

5:57 a.m. – Check of shopping complex, 2200 block Jackson; no problems noted.

7:51 a.m. – Extra patrol in the 1500 block of Yosemite.

11:39 a.m. – Officer initiated activity due to suspicious person reported in the 1200 block of Yosemite; warned.

12:02 p.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 1500 block of Irwin; child playing with phone, secure.

1:21 p.m. – Public assist in the 800 block of First.

2:37 p.m. – Suspicious subjects reported in the area, going door to door on Kern; advised to get business license from City Hall prior to attempting door to door sales.

2:53 p.m. – Pedestrian stop in the 1000 block of Escalon Avenue.

5:15 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from wireless phone, no subscriber information located.

7:41 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, family dispute in the 2300 block of Spring.

8:51 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department in checking for vehicle wanted on a failure to yield in Riverbank; vehicle possibly returning to address in Escalon, assisted.

11:17 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, John and First, subject on bicycle looking into vehicles with flashlight; unable to locate.
