The swearing in of two new officers for the Escalon Police Department was conducted on Monday night, March 5, with Police Chief Mike Borges, at left, leading the oath. Joining the department are new Reserve Police Officer Jose Zambrana, left, and new Police Officer Ryan Smith. Each had their badge pinned on, Zambrana by his mother and Smith by his girlfriend, follow the swearing in ceremony.
