Escalon Police Chief Mike Borges and Sergeant Gustavo Flores attended the San Joaquin County Peace Officers Memorial event on Wednesday, May 10 at the Stockton Police Department. They represented the Escalon Police and took part in the wreath presentation for the memorial. Purchasing the wreath this year for placement at the memorial was the Escalon Police Officers Association; the wreath used in the presentation as a remembrance for the fallen officers.
