A number of upcoming programs are on the schedule for the Escalon Library during March, with some special holiday-themed events among them.

First, the regularly scheduled “Movement for Healthy Living” class continues to be offered on both Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Come and explore methods of movements to increase your strength, balance and mobility. The class is free and is suitable for beginners to advanced. Attendees are asked to bring their own mat and towel to the event. Sponsored by Friends of Escalon Library.

The Thursday morning preschool storytime will be hosted on March 8, 15 and 29, with no storytime on March 22. Special programs this month include Leprechaun Mayhem for the March 15 storytime and a Books and Bunnies Easter Egg Hunt on March 29.

Makerspace, designed for older kids, runs Thursdays at 4 p.m. and also will be offered March 8, 15 and 29 with no gathering on March 22. A special activity for the Makerspace group will be Bean Bamboozled and an egg hunt, for teens and tweens, on March 29.
