HONORED FOR SERVICE
Casey

Former longtime umpire Casey DenOuden of Escalon was recently presented with a plaque of appreciation for his many years of service to the NCOA Umpires Association and was one of five inaugural inductees into the Hall of Fame. NCOA South Umpires Vice President Chris Rivera was on hand at a recent Escalon home varsity baseball game to make the presentation. The plaque was a Legacy Award for DenOuden, who spent 35 years as an umpire.
