Farmington Welcomes Santa Claus, Holidays
santa visit

The annual Farmington Fire Department Community Christmas Party is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 8 at the firehouse, corner of Escalon-Bellota Road and Highway 4 in Farmington.

This annual event brings the entire community, family and friends together for an evening of music, refreshments, Christmas joy and a chance for kids to meet with the big guy one on one prior to the Christmas holiday.

Doors will open for the festivities at 6 p.m. and Santa Claus arrives at 6:30 p.m.

Sponsors of the event are the Farmington Fire Board of Directors, the Farmington United Methodist Church and Farmington Fire Volunteers.

Dozens of homemade cookies, hot cider, punch and coffee are traditionally available, and all children attending receive a special present and candy cane from Santa, who greets the crowd to help usher in the holiday season. All are welcome to attend.
