All are welcome to come celebrate The Big Dipper’s one-year anniversary. Set for Sunday, June 14 festivities will run from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., the ice cream shop is at 1512 California Ave., in Escalon. The business will remain open until 8 p.m. Sunday.
