Escalon’s Chamber of Commerce is putting on its annual ‘spring fling’ event this week, with the festivities planned along Main Street on Friday evening.

The annual Wine Stroll and Disco Dance Party is set for 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, April 25 along Main Street adjacent to the city’s Main Street Park.

There will be food, fine wines, music, classic cars on display, opportunity drawings and more.

Elite Entertainment will provide the music and local businesses will get involved, hosting different wineries and pairing the wines with a variety of appetizers to enjoy. Chamber officials said the evening is one to enjoy, with plenty of time for networking as attendees sip the latest releases and classic vintages from multiple area wineries.

“It’s always a fun time,” said Chamber of Commerce President Pat Brown.

Tickets are on sale now for $25, the cost goes to $30 if you purchase them at the event.

The ticket includes the wine tasting, souvenir glass and hors d’oeuvres.
