The regularly scheduled Escalon City Council meeting of March 19 featured an initial introduction to a user fee schedule that will be considered at the council meeting of April 2 during a public hearing. “These include fees associated with Planning, Engineering, Building, Community Center, Recreation, Police and Animal Control,” said City Manager Tammy Alcantor. The public hearing will include time for residents to ask questions or voice concerns about the proposed fees.
