Remember to guard against dehydration in the hot months ahead. Dehydration (lack of water) can creep up on you. Often time minor illness or chronic illnesses become worse because we don’t drink enough water. If you are on certain medications check with your private doctor if you are not sure. Most people need more water even if they don’t feel thirsty. Drinking other liquids such as caffeinated drinks can promote dehydration.
