All are encouraged to attend a Zoom gathering of the League of Women Voters, set for Thursday, Oct. 20 at 6:30 p.m.

With the program title of “Revisiting Forward Together” the Zoom session is being offered by the LWV of Stanislaus County and is part of the League’s continuing series on Criminal Justice Reform. Modesto Police Chief Brandon Gillespie and Kate Trompetter will discuss the recommendations the Forward Together Committee has put forth to the Modesto City Council. There will also be information about the C.H.A.T. Program that is being developed to help address mental health issues.
