The San Joaquin County Honor Band, Choir, and Orchestra performances were staged on Saturday, Jan. 8 at Delta College. A total of 250 students from around the county were accepted into the ensembles after auditions were held in September, earlier this school year, including eight Escalon High School students.

Guest conductors included Dr. Edith Copley, Regents Professor and Choral Studies Director from Northern Arizona University, and Dr. Robert Halseth, Director/Conductor of Sierra Nevada Winds Symphony.

All performers did a fantastic job, working cooperatively with peers from schools around the county to put on the successful show.
