9:28 a.m. – Grass fire, 25000 block East River Road; small spot fire.

4:08 p.m. – EMS, 1800 block Jackson.

4:46 p.m. – EMS, 23000 block South Santa Fe.

7:38 p.m. – Vehicle accident, McHenry and California; canceled prior to arrival.

SATURDAY, JUNE 8

7:26 a.m. – EMS call, 30000 block East Hall.

11:16 a.m. – EMS, 16000 block Escalon-Bellota Road.

12:27 p.m. – EMS, 1600 block David.

7:33 p.m. – EMS, 16000 block Van Allen.

FRIDAY, JUNE 7

6:16 a.m. – Smoke check, Lone Tree and Van Allen; smoke from prior fire still seen in area.

7:03 a.m. – Carrolton and Avena, smoke check, area secure.

8:09 a.m. – EMS call, 2500 block Jackson.

3:47 p.m. – EMS, 25000 block Magnolia.

5:09 p.m. – Vehicle accident, 20000 block Highway 120, reported as non-injury. Single vehicle into pole.

5:33 p.m. – Two vehicle accident with one minor injury reported, Carrolton and Highway 120.

9:36 p.m. – Smoke check, Lone Tree and Van Allen. Lingering smoke from prior fire on South Van Allen.

THURSDAY, JUNE 6

7:14 a.m. – Service call, return to 18000 block of Brennan.

11:22 a.m. – EMS call, 25000 block Lone Tree.

3:01 p.m. – EMS, 30000 block Hall Avenue.

4:30 p.m. – Lift assist, 25000 block Lone Tree.

6:55 p.m. – EMS, Jackson and Fourth.

6:58 p.m. – Hay and structure fire, 13000 block South Van Allen; multi-alarm fire with several agencies responding to provide mutual aid.

7:02 p.m. – Smoke reported, 21000 block of Avena, determined to be from fire on Van Allen.

10:30 p.m. – Smoke reported in area; determined to be from Van Allen fire.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5

12:47 p.m. – Vehicle accident, Highway 120 and Brennan; three-vehicle accident, reported as non-injury.

2:42 p.m. – Lift assist, 400 block First.

4:17 p.m. – EMS call, 1100 block Escalon.

8:45 p.m. – EMS, 18000 block South Brennan.

TUESDAY, JUNE 4

10:19 a.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 900 block Clough; determined to be false alarm.

2:20 p.m. – Entrapment incident, 2200 block Vine; person working on vehicle got arm caught in motor. Assist provided, subject self-driven for medical attention.

3 p.m. – Large pile of tires on fire reported, illegal burn, 13000 block Robinson Road.

6:39 p.m. – Vehicle accident, report of vehicle vs. motorized tricycle at McHenry and Jones, hit and run, minor injuries.

11:06 p.m. – EMS call, 1100 block Escalon.

MONDAY, JUNE 3

1:14 p.m. – EMS call, 2100 block Mission.
