Students involved in the Escalon FFA hosted a ‘drive thru’ tri-tip dinner recently, with everyone taking part in getting the meals prepped and boxed up. Above, senior Josh Hiatt, left, and sophomore Blake Matos check on the potatoes being cooked up over the grill. At side, students gather for an assembly line-style operation, with this group getting ready to add salad to the take-out containers. The FFA will also be preparing food boxes to deliver to needy area residents to help them enjoy a festive Thanksgiving dinner; having collected the food items over the past couple of weeks.
