Escalon Consolidated Fire District responded to 30 calls for service during the period of Monday, Jan. 29 through Sunday, Feb. 4. Calls included:

SUNDAY, FEB. 4

10:12 a.m. – Emergency Medical Services call, 1500 block Jackson.

10:54 a.m. – EMS call, 22000 block Mariposa.

11:04 a.m. – EMS, 1600 block First.

1:59 p.m. – Report of wires down, 17000 block Victorty; determined to be a loose phone line, secured it to the power pole.

2:43 p.m. – Wires down report, McBride and Hall, tree fell on telephone lines, tree and wires blocking the roadway. Assisted PG&E crews with removing the tree.

3:33 p.m. – Wires down, Arthur and Brennan; telephone lines down in the roadway, moved.

6:07 p.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 1500 block of Second; false alarm.

SATURDAY, FEB. 3

6:51 a.m. – EMS call, 2400 block Thaddeous.

7:36 a.m. – EMS, 1100 block La Mesa.

8:43 a.m. – EMS, 29000 block East River.

10:41 a.m. – EMS, 1600 block Jerry.

FRIDAY, FEB. 2

1:59 a.m. – Lift assist, 1600 block Jerry Avenue.

12:01 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident reported, Highway 120 and French Camp, automatic aid; canceled prior to arrival.

12:28 p.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 1300 block Miller; canceled.

12:56 p.m. – EMS call, 1100 block of La Mesa.

3:08 p.m. – EMS, 25000 block East Catherine Way.

5:32 p.m. – EMS, 25000 block East Catherine.

5:35 p.m. – EMS, 2300 block Yosemite.

THURSDAY, FEB. 1

10:25 a.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 25000 block Ullrey; determined to be a malfunction only.

1:21 p.m. – Possible structure fire reported, 1500 block Elizabeth; determined to be an electrical outlet short, no fire.

7:29 p.m. – EMS call, 2400 block Thaddeous.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 31

11:30 a.m. – EMS call, 1500 block Yosemite.

11:58 a.m. – EMS, 1500 block of Deborah.

6:42 p.m. – Report of wires down in the area of Mahon and Escalon-Bellota; assisted in securing the area.

7:37 p.m. – Outdoor fire reported in the area of Highway 120 and Sexton; determined to be a permitted agricultural burn.

TUESDAY, JAN. 30

4:30 p.m. – EMS call, 1100 block of California.

MONDAY, JAN. 29

8:46 a.m. – Odor investigation in the 500 block of California; unable to locate anything.

12:05 p.m. – EMS call, 1800 block Coley.

12:56 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident reported, 28000 block Lone Tree Road; two-vehicle accident, reported as non-injury.

4 p.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 3300 block McHenry; determined to be false alarm.
