The Escalon 4-H is now accepting member enrollments for the 2018-2019 club year.
A meeting of the club will be held Thursday, Aug. 9 at Van Allen School on Highway 120 beginning at 6:30 pm. in the school’s multi-purpose room.
The agenda for this meeting is to meet the leaders of the projects and to discuss the proper way to enroll. All enrollments will be made via ca.4honline.com. At this time the club will have the following projects available for members to enroll in: Art open to members 12 years and up; Dairy Cattle; Beef Cattle; Swine; Clovers only open to members ages 5 years to 8 years old; Bowling; Market and Breeding Goats; and Market and Breeding Sheep; Leadership.
If there is enough interest in other projects the club will make those projects available as well so all those interested in learning more about 4-H are encouraged to attend. Leaders are always needed and appreciated. If you have a special interest, bring your ideas to the meeting.
