1:13 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1200 block of Plaza.

2:15 a.m. – Check of businesses, 1900 block McHenry; secure.

5 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, Edgetown and Winterbrook; checks OK.

8:45 a.m. – Public assist in the 2100 block of Jackson.

 

SUNDAY, FEB. 12

1:17 a.m. – Check of businesses, 1700 block Main; all secure.

1:37 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 2100 block of Jackson; no one in the area.

7:21 a.m. – Non-injury accident reported, vehicle vs. fence in the 2100 block of Main.

3:21 p.m. – Warrant arrest made in the 2000 block of California; a 37-year-old Escalon woman was cited and released on an Escalon Police Department warrant for driving on a suspended license.

10:46 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, vehicle swerving all over the roadway, Highway 120 and Brennan; unable to locate.

 

SATURDAY, FEB. 11

1 a.m. – Downtown business check; area secure.

7:08 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 2200 block Jackson.

9:18 a.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department in area of Brennan and Arthur.

10:30 a.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 2100 block of Coley; child playing with phone, secure.

12:53 p.m. – Public Works call out in the 400 block of Valdapena.

1:34 p.m. – Public Works call out in the area of Sultana and Alicante.

5:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance in the 1100 block of La Mesa.

9:22 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1900 block Jackson; log note only.

10:05 p.m. – Security check in the 1900 block of McHenry; all secure.

 

FRIDAY, FEB. 10

12:51 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 800 block of Tokay; accidental dial, secure.

1:20 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Reisling and California; log note only.

2:47 a.m. – Pedestrian stop in the 2000 block of McHenry; police subsequently arrested Alexander Cooper, 28, a transient, on a felony Modesto Police Department warrant and on a count of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at San Joaquin County Jail.

2:01 p.m. – Battery incident reported, occurred prior in the 1500 block of Yosemite. Report taken.

4:27 p.m. – Stolen vehicle reported, 900 block Gina Court. Vehicle entered into system as stolen.

4:32 p.m. – Possible fraud in the 2000 block of McHenry.

4:51 p.m. – Non-injury accident reported, Yosemite and Irwin.

5:37 p.m. – Assist outside agency in the 1700 block of California.

8:39 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, last seen on foot eastbound on Highway 120; log note only.

9:49 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle stopped on railroad tracks, McHenry and California; gone on arrival.

 

THURSDAY, FEB. 9

12:12 a.m. – Security check at businesses in the 1200 block of Plaza, 1200 block Lillian, 1200 block Yosemite; all secure.

5:35 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; no problems noted.

7:53 a.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 800 block of First.

8:54 a.m. – Business alarm sounding in the 1200 block of Plaza; checks OK.

10:38 a.m. – Found property report, Escalon High School; report taken.

11:18 a.m. – Public assist, citizen with questions regarding court order, 2000 block McHenry.

12:45 p.m. – Extra patrol, speed enforcement on Zinfandel.

12:52 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

3:26 p.m. – Report of vehicles driving recklessly in the area, speeding and passing on double solid lines, McHenry and Clough, traffic enforcement requested.

3:49 p.m. – Possible burglary, 1300 block Stanislaus; report taken.

7:54 p.m. – Domestic dispute in the 600 block of California; report taken, informational only.

10:45 p.m. – Security check in the areas of 1200 block Plaza, 1200 block Lillian and 1200 block Yosemite; all check OK.

 

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 8

12:09 a.m. – Security check, Community Center; checks OK.

3:21 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block McHenry; determined to be false alarm.

4 a.m. – Business complex check, 2200 block Jackson; secure.

5:58 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of businesses in the 1200 block of Plaza; no problems noted.

10:32 a.m. – Possible identity theft case, determined to have occurred in county jurisdiction; referred to San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.

2:18 p.m. – Speed check in area, Zinfandel Drive.

2:43 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, McHenry and Jones; gone on arrival.

2:53 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible attempted break-in, occurred prior in the 1700 block of Gwendolyn; report taken.

3:15 p.m. – Warrant arrest made at the police station on McHenry; police took Marion Edwards, 24, of Waterford into custody on an Escalon Police Department felony warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle. Edwards was booked at San Joaquin County Jail.

6:15 p.m. – Report of malfunctioning railroad crossing warning signals, St. John and Main; Burlington-Northern Santa Fe officials advised.

8:10 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the 1300 block of Briarwood.

8:40 p.m. – Check of possible intoxicated driver in the 1400 block of California; checks OK, not DUI.
