1:42 a.m. – Suspicious subjects seen in the area, Jessica Circle; checks OK.
1:46 a.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle on Jonathon Court.
9:20 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 900 block of Ullrey; log note only, misdial.
11:40 a.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, eastbound on Highway 120, swerving into opposite lane and all over the roadway, seen in the area of McHenry and First turning onto the highway. Log note only.

10:12 p.m. – Assist outside agency, police received 9-1-1 calls regarding a major injury accident. Assisted with vehicle vs motorcycle accident, one fatality, at Highway 120 and Brennan; CHP responding to scene.

3:25 a.m. – Check of business complex, 1200 block Plaza; secure.
4:06 a.m. – Extra patrol in the area of First and Highway 120.
8:22 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1100 block Escalon Avenue; checks secure, false alarm.
8:41 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, driving recklessly in the area, 1400 block California; headed toward Oakdale, be on the lookout issued to Oakdale Police Department.
9:11 a.m. – Extra patrol request in the 1500 block of Second.
10:59 a.m. – Security check in the 3300 block of McHenry; checks OK.
1:18 p.m. – Public assist, complaint of harassing texts, 600 block California.
5 p.m. – Officers responded to Stanislaus County Jail to pick up subject being released there that has local theft charges and a warrant out of Escalon. The 57-year-old Modesto man was subsequently booked at San Joaquin County Jail on a no bail possession of a controlled substance warrant.
6:28 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance on California.
6:44 p.m. – Pedestrian stop in the 1700 block of California; assisted.

3:34 a.m. – Check of business complex, 1200 block Plaza. No problems noted.
9:12 a.m. – Possible road rage incident reported, Walnut and Highway 120. Assisted.
9:42 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1600 block of Daniels; misdial, log note only.
12:14 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the area, Glenwood Court; checks OK, selling items door to door with a business license.
2:23 p.m. – Call of possible attempted prescription fraud in the 1900 block of McHenry. Subject left area; report taken.
4:37 p.m. – Juvenile complaint in the 2000 block of Lydia.
8:25 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, unknown vehicle seen in the area, 800 block First; checks OK.

12 p.m. – Public assist, subject with questions regarding registering firearms.
1:11 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1500 block of Yosemite; dialed in error, secure.
1:34 p.m. – Public assist on Arroya.
3:14 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, report of subject going door to door selling books; city aware and subject does have business license.
5:53 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, Highway 120 and McHenry.
7:12 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, left from San Miguel toward Oakdale; unable to locate.
7:43 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, verbal dispute only, 1500 block Fourth Street; report taken.
8:11 p.m. – Security check in the 1200 block of Plaza; secure.
8:44 p.m. – Security check, 1700 block Main; arrest made. Police arrested a 62-year-old Escalon female on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence and booked her at county jail.
9:46 p.m. – Juvenile complaint, youths causing disturbance on St. John; report taken.
