The Escalon Senior Fun Bunch has set its June event for Wednesday, June 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Festivities will be staged at the Escalon Community Center Park and the theme is ‘A Time to Celebrate.’

Among the events planned are a Flag presentation by the Escalon American Legion Post and remarks and a city update from guest speaker Escalon City Councilman Peter Krumeich. A continental breakfast will be served.

Entertainment will also be provided and the gathering is free for all Escalon senior citizens.

Attendees are asked to wear a mask and organizers also ask that those attending bring a wedding or graduation picture of themselves to share at the event.
