Grimbleby Coleman Advisors and Accountants, an area accounting and business advisory firm, recently announced the promotion of LeeAnne Cardoza to Principal. This milestone reflects Cardoza’s exceptional contributions to the firm and her commitment to driving success for both clients and the organization

She joined Grimbleby Coleman’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) team in 2014, bringing with her extensive experience in public accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with an emphasis in Accounting from DeVry University. From the outset, Cardoza demonstrated remarkable expertise in identifying efficiencies and implementing processes to help clients achieve their goals.

In 2019, she advanced to the role of CAS Manager, where she co-led the team alongside colleague and fellow Principal Tami Davis, CMA, during a pivotal transition toward offering expanded advisory services. This shift resulted in the launch of the firm’s Controller/CFO services, which have become indispensable to many clients. Cardoza’s leadership and vision were crucial to these advancements, solidifying her role as a trusted advisor and leader within the firm. In 2024, her expertise and dedication earned her the title of Senior Manager, a position designed to prepare her for partnership. Now, having successfully completed this vital training year, Cardoza officially joins Grimbleby Coleman’s leadership as a Principal.

“LeeAnne’s leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence have been a driving force behind our continued evolution and success,” said Ian Grimbleby, CPA, President and CEO. “Her promotion is a testament to her many contributions, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the Principal group. We look forward to her continued leadership in her new role as Principal.”
