Anastasia Stuyt, representing Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese, was on hand with a variety of products at the Saturday, May 3 Morning Market in nearby Oakdale. The Escalon-based business, on Mariposa Road, has just introduced soft serve flavor burst ice cream to its offerings, with a vanilla base and several optional flavors to mix in. The Stuyt family also is a regular vendor at the once-a-month Farmer’s Market in Escalon throughout the summer.
