The Stockton 99 Speedway will offer fans the chance to race around the track during the Night of Destruction on Saturday, May 31.
In addition to spectator racing, the historic speedway celebrates its 76th season of action with boat trailer demolition and a drifting exhibition. To end the evening, the track is set to host a fireworks show which will light up the night sky.
For both boat and fan racing, participants need to fill out a six question form to apply as an entry. Fans can register online at the Stockton 99 Speedway website or the track’s Facebook page.
As for the drift event, fans will be treated to a spectacular smokeshow. The top drivers from the area will lay rubber atop the fastest quarter-mile racetrack west of the Mississippi River.
After the smoke clears and the checkered flag waves over the races, a pyrotechnic show is on standby. It will be the first of two fireworks displays across five race weekends at the speedway.
Admission gates open for spectators at 5 p.m. Saturday evening. Opening ceremonies are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. with showtime for the main event to follow.
Adult tickets for the event are ages 13+ and can be purchased for $20 at the front gate. Ages 5-12 are priced at $10 for admission for this event.
Children under the age of 5 and parking at Stockton 99 Speedway are free. Visit Stockton99.com for the full 2025 schedule and more information on upcoming events.
