Members of the Escalon Sunrise Rotary Club – along with some volunteer helpers – put on another successful Super Bowl build-your-own omelet breakfast on Sunday morning, Feb. 8. Rotarian John Weeks was among those manning a frying pan to cook up the omelets while diner RJ Jefferson selected his omelet fillings from the many options available. Those attending also topped off their plates with fruit, pastries and biscuits and gravy, as well as choosing water or juice with Rotarian Dave Mantooth there to assist as needed. There were also a number of prize drawings as part of the event, hosted in the Escalon High School cafeteria.
