A recently set up display, taking up a portion of the Escalon Historical Society Museum at 1630 Main St., Escalon, is a group of shelves dedicated to some local products. From Barber’s Dairy milk and Hale’s milk and half and half, along with Escalon’s home baked Bluebird Bread, it’s an homage to the tastes of the past. The Museum features multiple displays and historical artifacts from Escalon and the surrounding areas and is open Wednesdays and Saturdays noon to 4 p.m.
